Biography

Jyothi Vinjumur is a Data Scientist and applied Machine Learning Engineer. As a Data Scientist, she leads a cross functional data operations team and is
responsible for building and maintaining a central data repository that ingests legacy data from multiple platforms. Her PhD dissertation focused on
applying Machine Learning and NLP techniques to identify Attorney-Client Privileged Documents from email collections. Her ongoing research and
development focus on methods for building efficient ML pipelines on the analytics platform with the core focus to provide better experience for the
data analysts.

Prior to her PhD, she has worked as a Software Engineer for 3 years. During her free time, she loves to volunteer for any teaching related activities and
is an active member of Girls Who Code Austin Chapter.
