Christina joined Indeed in 2017 as a Design Technologist and spent the first few years focusing on CSS. In 2020, an opportunity to leverage her previous accessibility experience arose. She became deeply involved in accessibility efforts by serving as a subject matter expert for leadership. She played a key role in establishing Indeed’s global accessibility program by partnering with leaders to define processes and expectations. Today, as Lead UX Accessibility Developer of the Job Seeker org's accessibility program, Christina is committed to championing inclusivity and guiding product teams toward UX solutions that embrace diverse abilities.
Haarica Singireddy
Health Informatics Specialist at Texas Department of State Health Services
Haarica Singireddy is a committed professional pursuing dual master's degrees in Public Health and Biomedical Informatics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, she possesses a strong academic foundation. In her current capacity as a Health Informatics Specialist I at the Department of State Health Services in Austin, Haarica provides informatics support and expertise for HL7 messages in data exchange and electronic health record management. She demonstrates proficiency in research and analytics, collaborating with institutions such as UT Austin's LBJ School to analyze intricate datasets using Python, R, SAS, and Tableau. Dedicated to community service and healthcare advocacy, Haarica actively participates in data initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations.
Sanjana Tripathi
UX Researcher at Expedia Group
Sanjana was born and brought up in India and moved to Austin for her Masters. By the time she graduated with a MS in Information Systems from the School of Information, she was sure she wanted to work as a User Experience Researcher. She worked as a UX Researcher at Sysco Labs briefly before joining Expedia in 2022. The best part of her job is the problems she gets to solve through observation, empathy and data analysis and the people that she collaborates with when coming up with solutions. Outside of work, she loves to read fiction novels, create artworks, hike and travel.
Yi Mao
CEO and Managing Director for ATSEC Information Security
Yi Mao, CISSP, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Mao is the CEO and Managing Director at atsec U.S. Corporation. She runs the overall U.S. branch operation, coordinates with atsec’s sibling branches in Europe and Asia, and supervises IT products security testing and evaluation based on standards such as FIPS and Common Criteria (CC). She is a member of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27, CMUF liaison officer to the ISO expert working group developing the ISO standards for FIPS 140-3 and CC.
Megan Carey
Manager of the Records Management Assistance Unit at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission
Megan Carey is the Manager of the Records Management Assistance Unit at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) with 10 years of records and information management experience. After 4 years as a Government Information Analyst, she was promoted to manager in 2019. She leads the collaborative and supportive analyst team who assist and guide Texas’ 146 state agencies and over 10,000 local governments with records and information management. Her team shifts between consulting, training development and delivery, creating original resources and guidance, and reviewing and updating required retention schedules in their service to the state.
