Catalog Description
Examines the evaluation, selection, and use of books and other media for young adults of junior and senior high school age. Briefly surveys the reading experience, psychology of adolescence, and reading interests of young adults. Includes extensive reading and viewing. May be repeated for credit when the topics vary.
Prerequisites
Graduate standing. Additional prerequisites may vary with the topic.
Restrictions
Enrollment in Information Studies (INF) courses is restricted to graduate students in the School of Information through registration periods 1 and 2, with outside students only being accepted during period 3.
