Topic: Dr. Gracy Potluck Dinner

Friday September10, 2004-biannual potluck dinner was an amazing success! Number of attendees appeared to have reached more than 50. Food, fun, and friendship were had by all.

It was decided that a list serve email will be sent out to thank all those who attended.

Topic: Archives Week

The proclamation of Archives Week by the city of Austin in conjunction with our Archives Week is a noteworthy and exciting accomplishment for our SAA chapter. It was decided that our chapter web site and advertising should reflect this accomplishment.

A new a new building and room location for keynote speaker's address must be found. It was recently discovered that the previously hoped for room in the LBJ Library is no longer available. Possible location suggestions included the ACES Building and the Texas Union Building.

Mary Anne will follow-up on these suggestions.
