IMS 384 - Identity Communication
Restricted to students in the Master of Science in Identity Management and Security program.
Framing messages and the impact on identity and privacy; effective crisis management
communications; communication and business continuity planning; time management; sense making processes in organizational crisis; and reputation management.
The equivalent of three lecture hours a week for one semester.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
