"Ask Me About Archives!" Elevator Speech Contest:
To prepare for Archives Week 2008, we're asking all archivists to create their very own "elevator speech" about what archives are and what archivists do. First and second place winners will receive "Archivists" t-shirts. So get those speeches into VP Caitlin Bumford (caitlin bum [at] g mail [dot] com) by October 17 at 5pm!
Archives City Limits - Archives Week 2008!
This year we focus on music archivism, presented Oct. 27-Nov. 1 with a few pre-AW08 events. For in-depth and up-to-date information, check out the Archives Week 2008 website.

Oct. 13-6 and 20-21, 12-1pm, 4th floor of Sanchez Building
Ticket sales for concert: $10 in advance, $12 at the door.

Fundraising Concert with several bands, food, and drink!
