Bio
Jennifer plans to focus her dissertation on how screen reader users navigate the Web and how technical communicators and Web designers can develop information that is more suitable for these users. In addition to working on her Ph.D., she is a full-time technical writer and usability expert for Information Technology Services at the UT Austin. She develops Web content focused on the university's 80,000+ end users, and also helps design and build user interfaces for Web applications that are both usable and accessible.
