On reserve in the IT lab is User-Center Design: An Integrated Approach, by Vredenburg, Isensee (yes, the same one), and Righi.
Read Chapter 4. Chapter 2 lays out the IBM UCD approach, which Jack Alford
told us about. But Chapter 4 gives you the "how to" stuff.
