Indian Telecom Training Initiative
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) provide conferences targeted at increasing telecommunications services in Indian Country. The FCC and NECA bring together thier own experts, representative from other government agencies, telecommunications companies and emerging technology firms to inform tribal leaders about how different technologies, regulatory rules and government programs can be used to benefit tribal communities
