Posted by donturn at March 5, 2003 05:26 PMI noticed the statement that "The failure rate for portal deployments ranges from 20% - 30%, largely due to empty portals that don't integrate valuable resources and processes". Does anyone know how this failure rate compares with KMS deployment in general?
