Hello all-- I ran across an article by Dave Snowden from the Cynefin Centre that talks about the 3rd generation of KM. Article is here. Professor Turnbull, do you know him or his work? Any comments?
Posted by amdonovan at January 31, 2003 05:05 PMI don't know him but have read about the Cynefin consulting services offered. They seem to be a lot about cultural change, then about technology. Maybe that's not a bad thing, but technology is easier to upgrade isn't it?
