Start your text here. You can cut and paste from Word, but usually this adds breaks between paragraphs rather than true paragraphs. You can either cut and paste one paragraph at a time and use the "return" key to create paragraphs (if you're in WYSIWYG mode; if you're in Code View, you will enclose each paragraph in the <p> </p> tags), or you can cut and paste the entire document, then manually delete the breaks and add paragraphs.
