Demonstration to our clients
We have held two demonstration meetings with our clients: a public site demo and a training session for the intranet.
Public Site Demo
This meeting went very well. We received positive feedback on the design and functionality of the site. Also, we all confirmed what content has been received and incorporated in the site and what content items were still expected. The meeting allowed all of us to touch base and get reinspired for the last stretch of the project.
Training Session
This meeting consisted of a detailed, step-by-step workshop on setting up user accounts and performing every task that is available through the intranet. We also briefly demonstrated the rationale for adding or editing content on the public site, clarifying that complete maintenance directions will be included in our user manual.
Verification Comments from IA classmates
During the in-class verification session, our project received positive feedback on the design and structure of the FASTRAC site. Also, we received constructive criticism on a tertiary navigation scheme that needed improvement. The feedback has been taken into consideration and we are revising the navigation for satellite assembly.
