Audience Prioritization
Since the FASTRAC web site could address the information needs of as many
as 12 different audiences, we decided to explore the relative importance of
each audience during our Analysis phase. Our client helped in our efforts
by categorizing, ranking, and describing each audience listed in our User/Task
Matrix. The categorizations and rankings are presented in the table that
follows. The descriptions were used to develop the accompanying Audience
Profiles deliverable.
