The
Cochineal Repository for Conservation and Preservation Research
This electronic repository
contains research papers created by Kilgarlin Center students during
the course of their study. The repository is primarily meant to be a
resource for past, present, and future conservator and preservation
administrator students.
Authors who choose to submit to
the repository grant the Kilgarlin Center a limited license to display
their work. The repository does not have an editorial review process;
it is expected that authors will represent themselves and the
repository well by proofreading their own work. Papers from the
repository are available online in three formats: as cross-platform
PDF, txt, and html files on the The Cochineal website. To
best preserve this resource, the work from the Cochineal repository has
begun to be archived in the School of
Information Institutional Repository.
In May, 2007 the static
repository was transformed into a searchable database.
