I've posted the keynote address I gave at the 2008 Annual International Conference on Knowledge Management here.

My paper on Brian Shackel's contribution to HCI has been published in a special issue of Interacting with Computers.

We've moved to wonderful new space -- at last! There will an opening symposium October 29-30th.

I joined the editorial board of the Journal of Documentation.

My White Paper for CLIR on the future of academic libraries makes a case for information as a discovery accelerator.
