Cyber Navigators: The Chicago Public Library Foundation, through the generosity of $75,000 from the Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust and $50,000 from AT&T, provide qualified college students of diverse ethnicity as Cyber Navigators. The audience for this project includes children and adults, as well as those who live in underserved neighborhoods where computers are still considered luxuries.
