GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online (GALILEO), a virtual library initiated by the University System of Georgia, is available to all types of libraries in Georgia. DeKalb County Public Library
DeKalb County Public Library provides five opportunities for its patrons to acquire computer skills in the Technology Training Center: Mouse and Computer Basics, Internet Basics, One-on-One Computer Help, Do Your Own Thing, and Learn Microsoft Word at Your Own Pace. Targeted at adults, the classes are taught once a month with the exception of One-on-One Computer Help, which is offered every twice a week by appointment. http://www.dekalb.public.lib.ga.us/programs/

Rome/Floyd County Library
Computer classes at the Sarah Hightower Regional Library for the Rome and Floyd Counties are available to patrons the last week of each month. Introduction to computers, Internet for the Novice, Generations Online --Introduction for Senior Citizens, and Job Searching on the Net are taught each month. Introduction to Microsoft Word, Introduction to Microsoft Excel, and Creating a Web Page are offered on a rotating basis. East Central Georgia Regional Library
The branch libraries of the East Central Georgia Regional Library, which includes Augusta and the surrounding areas, offer computer classes for all ages, with new classes starting each month.
