Sturgis Technology Center
The Sturgis Technology Center in Little Rock is a public computer lab with 20 computers and a variety of office and educational programming. The Center was funded by a $100,000 grant from the Sturgis Family Foundation and a $25,000 grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation U.S. Library Program. Located on the fourth floor of the Main Library, the Center offers free classes on a first-served basis. For more information: http://www.cals.lib.ar.us/locations/stc.htm

Traveler
Traveler is a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) project administered by the Arkansas State Library. Formerly referred to as LFTA (LSTA Full Text Libraries of Arkansas), Traveler allows all academic, public, school, and special libraries in Arkansas to have free access to a number of databases. U.S. Library Program
In 1998, Arkansas received a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation U.S. Library Program to provide public access computers, Internet access, and digital information to all public Arkansas libraries.
