Versioning

  1. Versioning
    Use

    You can create multiple versions of the same document so that you can revert to any of the previous versions of the work.

    How to
    Click on FILE from the menu bar and select VERSIONS. This opens up a pop-up window which shows you a list of existing versions and gives you the option of creating a new version. Click SAVE NOW. This action opens up another window where you can add comments and the version is saved with "Date & Time" information as well as "User" information.
