Allowing Cookies by Site
You may find
that you'd rather manage cookies by web site. In other words, there
are many sites that you trust and use on a regular basis.
Mozilla's Cookie Manager lets you add and remove these sites on a case by
case basis in precisely the same way you've learned to manage popup
windows above.
- From the main Cookies Menu, select Cookie
Manager.
- Select the tab at top labeled Cookie
Sites.

- A list of sites that have
placed cookies on your computer will appear at left.
- To add a web site to the list of sites you will allow to store
cookies, type the web address of the site in the top left field of the
form. Now click on Allow. The site will now appear on your
master list.
- To remove a site from the list, scroll
down the list, and select the one you'd like to delete. Now select
the Remove button. Select Close at bottom to apply your settings and
return to the main Cookies menu.
Manage Cookies
on the Fly
You can also manage cookies while you're
surfing. Make quick decisions without the hassle of menus and file
management by using the following shortcut.
- Open the Tools
Menu at top, then select Cookie Manager.
- When the drop-down menu
appears, you may choose to Block or Allow Cookies for the current
site.

- For more options, choose Manage Stored Cookies.
This will direct you right to the Cookie Manager we've seen above.
