IT Staff

The School of Information IT Support Staff is responsible for server administration, hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance, Web site maintenance, information systems development, and direct support of the faculty and staff.

IT Lab Staff

The Information Technology Lab is staffed by School of Information teaching assistants and student volunteers. On-duty staff members wear purple shirts. If you have questions, these are the people to ask.

Each semester, staff members teach short courses on a variety of topics, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Unix, HTML, etc. If you have any questions for any of the staff, please don't hesitate to send an email to itlab-tech@ischool.utexas.edu.
