| Desc: | Carrasquillo Associates is a consulting engineering firm in Southwest Austin. We have a small library consisting of hard books, technical papers/magazines and electronic documents including photographs, technical literature, and in-house produced reports and documents. The library is currently organized using Microsoft Access, though this system has not been updated for many years. We are in need of someone to develop a comprehensive system for input of new documents including monthly periodicals, reports, etc. We are looking for a computer based system tailored to the needs of an engineering consulting business. It needs to be interactive and real-time for retrieval access for use of information on future work. Other tasks will be identifying staffing needs and training staff on new procedures.
