Genre:Records and Information Management
Salary:Unpaid
Desc:The mayor's office receives large amounts of information such as files on community groups, legal documents, zoning studies, studies relevant to issues before the City Council, etc. The primary objective of this project is to help the staff decide what information they should be keeping, how to best store it, and for how long. There are also several smaller projects that need attention, if time allows. For instance, one such project is working with Austin History Center to create a special collection of Mayor Will Wynn's official documents.
