Title:Microsoft ACCESS database for Oral History Program    [ more details ]
Submitted:2004-08-26 00:00:00
When: Open
Genre:Database
Salary:Unpaid
Desc:The Admiral Nimitz State Historic Site/National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg needs a digitized database for its Oral History Program records. The museum currently has approximately 2500 oral histories of World War II veterans. This database will allow researchers and scholars to access records specific to their research. The project does not involve data entry of records, only the creation of a Microsoft Access database.

The database will contain various tables with relationship links to a specific veteran's record. The names of the tables, the required elements of the tables and an example database will be provided by the below listed point of contact.

The final product, on a CD, must contain the database with all required elements, a data entry form and a query form.
