| Desc: | APQC, an internationally recognized non profit organization, provides expertise in benchmarking and best practices research. APQC helps organizations adapt to rapidly changing environments, build new and better ways to work, and succeed in a competitive marketplace.
APQC publishes a wide selection of reports, case studies, white papers and other materials that help businesses and government agencies improve their processes. To make sure our the materials are aligned with the needs of our customers, we are creating a new knowledge management system for collecting, analyzing, sharing and re-purposing data obtained through our own research.
This content hub will also be used by APQC employees to improve internal efficiency. It must be user friendly and scalable.
