| Desc: | The project will consist of working with departments in the practice of records management. Under the Records Management Officer's direction, the intern will inventory outside storage boxes and work with the departments in disposition of records that have met their retention schedules. Works with the departments in setting up a filing system, paper and electronic, centralize department and agency-wide records. Assist with the training and implementation of an electronic records management software project. |
