Bio:
Kai has been writing software since his early days with a Commodore 64 and has been part of several software startups. In 2000 he quit full-time computer work to become a professional filmmaker, and is now the owner of the documentary film production company Mad Penguin Inc. In order to supplement the significant income he receives from his lucrative career in independent filmmaking, Kai also maintains a part-time position at the School of Information writing web-based applications and maintaining the school's web site.
