Bio:
Mr. Williams has served as the Unix System Administrator for the iSchool since 1997, first as a part-time Student Research Assistant in the Information Technology Lab, and now as a full-time staff member. He has also been a user of and advocate for the Linux operating system since 1995.
In the summer of 1999, Shane taught a course on Linux and Open Source Software for the school. He will also be teaching Information Networks in the spring of 2004.
