Faculty and Staff Reservation Form

The following form allows School of Information faculty and staff to reserve computer and media equipment. Reservations may be made for multiple dates within a single month by holding down the control key while selecting multiple dates. The same is true for media equipment. For proper performance, Javascript should be enabled.

Reservations must be made at least a day in advance.

All demo computers come with standard Internet applications such as Firefox, Netscape, Secure Shell and FTP, and productivity software such as MS Word and MS Excel. To specify other software for a demo, please fill in the text area below or speak to one of the lab staff.
