Fred Heath
Fred Heath is Vice Provost and Director of the General Libraries at the University of Texas at Austin. Fred serves on the ARL Board of Directors, as a member of the Advisory Board of SPARC (Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition), and as chair of the Texas Council of State University Librarians. He has served as editor of Library Administration and Management and chair of the editorial advisory board of College and Research Library News. He makes frequent presentations at national and international library and information conferences on digital libraries, LibQual+ and service issues, and has published extensively on library service and management issues.
