Alumni Dinner in Conjunction with the Texas Book Festival

Saturday, November 8, 2003
UT Club, UT-Austin Campus
Guest Speaker: Fred Heath, Vice Provost and General Libraries Director

Festivities will begin with a cash bar at 6:00 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 pm

MENU ($25/person includes meal, gratuity, and parking)

  • Longhorn Salad
  • Sauteed Breast of Chicken w/lump crab meat
  • corn & cilantro sauce
  • Strawberry Shortcake
  • Tea and Coffee
    • * A vegetarian entree will be available upon request
