How to Submit Your Paper or Poster:

Authors can submit their ANAGPIC conference papers and posters for online publication and archival purposes by mailing their files on CD or DVD, the release form, and the SIP agreement to:

Papers

Please send the following:

1.) A Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (RTF) version with any embedded images.

2.) A Microsoft Word or RTF without images - simply delete the images from the paper.  You may leave the spaces where the images resided but please keep the "figure" numbers in the paper.

3.) The individual images as JPGs, TIFFs, or GIFs - please ensure the image file names match the figure numbers in your paper.

 

Posters

Please submit them in their original electronic file format (the file from which you printed your poster), e.g., PowerPoint, TIFF.

 

Papers Must Be Formatted as Follows:

12 pt Times New Roman font in black, 1.5 spacing throughout.

Check all spelling and grammatical errors! This will not be done by the website host.

Cover Page:

1.) Left justified at the top left corner in bold: First and Last Name, Name of School/Institution beneath name.

Example:
Ann Smith
University of Texas at Austin

2.) Centered in bold: Title of paper.

Example: The Conservation of Nineteenth-Century Wallpaper

Body of Paper:

Right justified in header: Last name, ANAGPIC [year of paper], page number.

Example: Smith, ANAGPIC 2008, 14

 

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

Authors are required to include a release form with their submission. To do this, download the release form, complete it, and mail to the ANAGPIC editor at the address listed above. The release confirms that the paper was written by the author, acknowledges appropriate citations and copyrights, and gives ANAGPIC publication rights for educational and advertisement purposes related to the website, yet does not otherwise interfere with the author's future use of the research.

 

Inclusion in the School of Information's Institutional Repository:

The School of Information maintains an Institutional Repository in DSpace in which all ANAGPIC student conference papers and posters are archived for long term preservation and future accessibility. To have your paper stored in the school's repository, please download the SIP agreement, complete it, and mail it to the ANAGPIC editor at the address listed above.
